We first met Brad at a first home buyer seminar over 18 months ago where he spoke to us of his goal to buy a new home for himself and his 2 boys.

We sat down with Brad, a music teacher, and set a purpose fit strategy which included debt reduction and a plan detailing what actions he needed to take in order to get himself into a position to achieve a certain deposit to obtain the property he was looking at purchasing.

We tracked his progress throughout the following 12 months via our Ramsey Wealth Management Platform and revisited this at times to provide further recommendations.

12 months later Brad had ticked off each goal within the plan we set. Our Property Strategy team went to market to help him acquire a block of land in a desired location where his boys went to school. We sourced a builder and a floorplan that purpose-fit the block size and his budget whilst our Mortgage Advisory team went to work on his loan application simultaneously.

Brad was approved by the bank and the builders contract was signed to commence the build on his new home!
